New concept of tooth preservation and dental tissue conservation based on nature laws. Any damage of dental structure is repaired by strong and well-sealed ways from any bacteria invasion. In cases of decayed teeth, less tooth structure is removed and the lost material is replaced by advanced materials strongly bonded to the natural tooth substances (enamel or dentine). In endodontic cases new resilient materials seal the root canals obstructing any bacterial infection. In crowns, the use of new ceramic bonded to tooth materials give the ability in any case to restore the lost tooth substance by less tooth cutting, avoiding to destroy healthy tooth structures in order to fit a new restoration. We replace the missing tooth parts without removing volumes of precious tooth structures. Always thin prostheses bonded on enamel or dentine like a natural looking tooth are helping the patients. Metals are not used and if there is a need only fiber glass products are used. In oral surgery and implantology biological products like autogenous bone or membranes are used for tissue or bone regeneration. Patient can keep safely the natural teeth in less treatment cost.
